Pankaj is a Chartered Secretary from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration, London and Company Secretary as Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law and is a Fellow Member of the Insurance Institute of India. His area of Interest is mitigation and mediation and pursing Ph.D from Mumbai University on Alternative Dispute Resolutions.

Pankaj was instrumental in bring various positive changes in retail regulatory arena and played pivotal role in bringing Retail Policy in various state for Retail Industry. Pankaj is also poet, writer on philosophy from history and music lover singer.
